PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order with us, it is not final until credit card information has been verified, then we process the order and ship it, usually within 2 business days except during busy seasons then it can be up to 5 business days. Shipping is done Monday- Friday during regular business hours. Our products ship from different wharehouses in the US, so sometimes your order will be in more than 1 box, but shipping cost is all inclusive.
Our shipping method is USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We ship to the 48 states but can accomodate International orders when you pay through Pay Pal. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to Canada or other overseas destination is extra, it will not reflect during checkout. You will be notified of shipping charges and once approved, we will process and ship as stated above. Sometimes we have Special Offers like Free Shipping on select items or free shipping promos, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. We always send email confirmation when your order is shipped. In the case of back ordered stock, we always notify you when this happens and will send email notification when the back order ships.

SPECIAL ORDER AND BULK PRODUCT INFORMATION: We can Special Order bulk of most of the items here on our site. To place a bulk order call us at (214)226-6590 Mon-Fri 9-6CST. We will give you a quote and process your order over the phone. All Special Order Products are prepaid and may take 2-3 weeks to recieve, so please order early to ensure you have them before your party or event. We always send an email noitfication when your order has shipped. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What are Glow Products and are they safe? Glow products are made from non-toxic chemicals called "glow juice" that can lasts from 4-10 hours, (I have put glow in my freezer and it can continue to glow even after a week!) we buy only the premium glow products that will glow 8+ hours and can sit on the shelf for 2 years. I would like to recommend not buying glow for kids younger than 5, just because they might try to open it, or chew on it. Like I said, it is safe, but I think it's best for older kids and adults. The other thing I want to mention is in the case the "glow juice" comes out, it can stain your clothes and will light up whatever it lands on, so you need to clean the area as soon as possible, if it gets in your eyes, flush it with water, it will sting like soap. These are safe products, but if you misuse them, it can cause a problem. What are Flameless Candles? Flameless Candles look like regular candles but have an LED light that makes the flicker of a natural candle without any flame, heat or fire. They run on batteries, so the candle doesn't melt!
How long do Flameless Candles last? The LED's last 100,000 hours! The only thing you have to change is the batteries! This is environmentally friendly and truly an Everlasting Candle! How long does the Scent last on the Flameless Candles? A long long time, the scent is incorporated in the wax. When I first ordered my samples and opened the box, a wave of wonderful candle aroma filled the room! That was about a year ago and those same candles are still going strong. What kinds of batteries do I need for the candles? The waxed, scented pillars use 4 AA batteries. The no wax tea lights and floating tea lights use CR2032, which you have the option to buy or can purchase at any store. What are your Return Policies?
